Chris Miller is an American film director, storyboard artist, and voice actor who has worked on several DreamWorks Animation movies. He is known for directing Shrek the Third, Puss in Boots, and The Addams Family, and voicing Kowalski in Madagascar and Penguins of Madagascar.
