Tom McLaury (June 30, 1853 – October 26, 1881) was an American outlaw. He and his brother Frank owned a ranch outside Tombstone, Arizona, Arizona Territory during the 1880s.

They portrayed Ike Clanton and Tom McLaury as being unjustly bullied and beaten by the vengeful Earps on the day of the gunfight.

Tom McLaury was born in New York in 1853 and moved to Arizona with his brother Frank in 1878. He fought with the Clantons against the Earps in the famous gunfight at the O.K. Corral in 1881 and was killed by Doc Holliday.
