William Patrick Polian Jr. (born December 8, 1942) is an American football executive. He rose to league prominence as the General Manager of the Buffalo Bills, building a team that participated in four straight Super Bowls —the most consecutive appearances by any team —but lost each time.
Bill Polian is a former NFL executive who rebuilt three teams into playoff contenders and won two Super Bowls. He served as general manager of the Bills, Panthers and Colts, and was named the NFL's Executive of the Year six times.
