Gregory Edward Schiano (born June 1, 1966) is an American football coach. He is the head football coach at Rutgers University, a position he held from 2001 to 2011 and resumed before the 2020 season. Schiano has the most wins in program history as the head football coach of Rutgers Scarlet Knights football.

Greg Schiano is the head coach of Rutgers football since 2019, leading the team to seven bowl appearances and 79 wins, the most in program history. He is also a former NFL coach and a Bucknell alumnus who emphasizes player development, academic excellence and community service.
