Raymond Klein " Buddy " Parker (December 16, 1913 – March 22, 1982) was an American football player and coach in the National Football League (NFL), who served as head coach for the Chicago Cardinals, Detroit Lions, and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Parker served as a head coach of three teams in his professional football career, the Chicago Cardinals, Detroit Lions, and finally the Steelers. He coached the Steelers for eight seasons from 195-64 and the team had a 51-47-6 record during his tenure.
