COACHING. Ben McAdoo joined the Patriots as a senior offensive assistant in 2024. Before the Patriots, McAdoo spent time in various roles with the Carolina Panthers, Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants, Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers and New Orleans Saints.
