Geordan Edward Andrew Murphy (born 19 April 1978) is an Irish rugby union rugby coach and player who retired from the professional game as the most-decorated man in Premiership Rugby history. He played as fullback or wing for the Irish international team and the English club Leicester Tigers as well as for the British & Irish Lions.

Geordan Murphy is the most decorated player in the Premiership, with eight titles and 93 tries for Leicester Tigers. He also played 72 times for Ireland and seven times for the British & Lions, and is now the Director of Rugby at Tigers.
Geordan Murphy was one of the finest Irish rugby players of his generation. Throughout his career, he made more than 300 appearances for Leicester Tigers and was capped 72 times by his country. After a successful junior rugby career, Geordan Murphy signed for Leicester in 1997.
