Matthew Gregory Kuchar (born June 21, 1978) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and formerly the Nationwide Tour. He has won nine times on the PGA Tour. Kuchar briefly enjoyed success in the early 2000s before suffering a slump where he struggled to maintain his playing status on the PGA Tour.

(AP) — Matt Kuchar keeps winding up in the PGA Tour record book for reasons that make him proud, but aren’t exactly his biggest goals. In March, he won his 36th match in the Dell Match Play to tie the record set by Tiger Woods.
