Felix Anthony "Doc" Blanchard (December 11, 1924 – April 19, 2009) was an American football player and serviceman who became the first junior to win the Heisman Trophy and Maxwell Award, and was the first football player to win the James E. Sullivan Award, all in 1945.

Doc Blanchard was a three-time All-American and Heisman Trophy winner at Army from 1944 to 1946. He played fullback, linebacker and kicker for the undefeated national champions and was known as "Mr. Inside and Mr. Outside".
Blanchard was the first junior to win the Heisman and led Army to two national titles with his teammate Glenn Davis. He served in the Air Force as a fighter pilot and died in 2009.
