And this is how Marco Sellitto, a Neapolitan electroacoustic engineer with a degree from Houston University in Texas, and three more collected over the years, modifying at first and later on creating his own instruments, finally came to be an accomplished luthier.
Marco Sellitto was born in Naples in December 1973. He graduated from the Cockrell University School of Engineering in Austin (Texas) in electronic engineering with a dissertation entitled “Study of Acoustics as a Physical and Psychic Phenomenon: its Applications in the Field of Electroacoustics”.
