Cleveland’s reliable left tackle, who never made the playoffs and endured so much losing, misery and turnover while playing 10,363 consecutive snaps over more than a decade with the Browns, was inducted Saturday into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
2 de ago. de 2023 · Joe Thomas was always there for the Cleveland Browns. A 10-time Pro Bowl left tackle, Thomas never missed a game and was on the field for more than 10,000 consecutive plays before being forced off with an injury in 2017.
Thomas is the only offensive lineman in NFL history to be voted to ten consecutive Pro Bowls. He was chosen on NFL.com as the 7th greatest offensive tackle of all time, [86] as well as the third greatest Cleveland Brown of all time. [87] He became eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2023 and was inducted that year.
