Patricia Elizabeth Thomson (born 7 September 1940 in London, England – 18 April 1992 in Sydney, Australia) was an English-born Australian television and film actress. In Sydney, she appeared as Goneril in King Lear and as the "sad-sack clown" in Clowneroonies, by Geoffrey Rush. In 1991, she played Doris in Boys From The Bush.

Professor Pat Thomson PSM PhD FAcSS FRSA is known for her interdisciplinary engagement with questions of creative and socially just learning and change. Much of this work has been in collaboration with Professor Christine Hall. She now works part time and is no longer accepting new PhDs.
Pat Thomson (1940-1992) was a British-born Australian actress and writer, known for Strictly Ballroom, Malpractice and The Weekly's War. She died before the premiere of her last movie Strictly Ballroom in 1992.
