MJ-12 has presented each new president with a picture of a lost alien culture seeking to renew itself, build a home on this planet, and shower us with gifts of technology. In some cases the president was told nothing.
23 de may. de 1989 · President Truman created the super secret NSA National Security Agency by secret Executive Order on November 4, 1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien's communications and language, and establish a dialogue with them. This extremely urgent task was a continuation of an earlier effort and was code named SIGMA.

THE SECRET GOVERNMENT. During the years following World War II the government of the United States was confronted with a series of events which were to change beyond prediction its future and with it the future of humanity. These events were so incredible that they defied belief.
