Basura blanca (en inglés White trash) es un término despectivo usado principalmente en los Estados Unidos que combina un componente étnico con la clase social, refiriéndose a las personas de tez blanca pertenecientes a las clases bajas o socialmente marginadas.
White trash is a derogatory racial and classist slur used in American English to refer to poor white people, especially in the rural areas of the southern United States. The label signifies a social class inside the white population and especially a degraded standard of living.
