Davey French – Guitar. Freddy Herrera – Bass. Brian Nolan – Drums. Everclear, one of the leading alternative rock bands to emerge from the ‘90s, celebrated their 30th Anniversary in 2022, and founder, vocalist and guitarist Art Alexakis has made it clear that he has no plans to slow down.
The new lineup consisted of bassist Sam Hudson, guitarist Dave "Davey" French, and drummer Eric Bretl. In the summer of 2004, the band added keyboardist Josh Crawley, and swapped Bretl for former Everclear drum tech Brett Snyder.

After completing a two-year course in music theory at age 18, French joined a Seattle band that beat out 650 other entrants to win a national talent contest. A short while later, he was invited to join multi-platinum selling band Everclear as the their lead guitarist and backing vocalist.
