Godalming Grammar School was a state-funded selective grammar School taking both boys and girls, situated in Tuesley Lane, Godalming, England. Organisation. Post-war, students were selected via the eleven-plus examination. From the early 1960s, there were three classes in each of the first five-year groups.

The 90th Anniversary Reunion of the County Grammar School Godalming (virtual) 17th October 2020. The event began promptly at 2.00 BST, although this meant a very early start for our friends in the United States and Canada and a late one for those in Australia and New Zealand.

Old Godhelmians sounds a bit pretentious these days. Please respect that you needed to have attended or worked there to qualify, however amusing we might be to join.

Updated on: 17 Oct, 2021. The Old Godhelmian Association (OGA) recently held a reunion to celebrate 90 years since the foundation of Godalming Grammar School. It took place at Godalming College on October 9, followed by an evening get-together at The Inn on the Lake, Godalming.
