Live from a Shark Cage is the first album by Papa M, the third such pseudonym used by David Pajo (after 'M' and 'Aerial M'), released in 1999 on the Chicago-based Drag City label (see 1999 in music). The album was released on both CD and 180-gram vinyl .
The third single in a possibly never-ending series from sweet voiced singer/songwriter David Pajo (currently playing in ZWAN). This time in, Pajo goes into classic-rock territory covering the Byrds' "Wild Mountain Thyme" and Little Feat's "Truck Stop Girl," and then delivers an original pop-rock gem titled "Who Knows."
In February of MMXVIII, David Pajo discretely travelled to England to record three songs for solo piano. Originally intended to be included on a new Papa M album, the songs proved to be so different from the other material that the decision was made to exclude them.
