Broken Glass was a British rock band active in 1975. It was formed by guitarist Stan Webb. The band released one album. [1] History. Stan Webb was in the blues band Chicken Shack, but decided to form Broken Glass after playing with blues band Savoy Brown.
The only Broken Glass album, a great line up with Stan Webb leading the band. This project was born as something different from the blues standards, and it is. Sound is definitely rock with echoes of blues and pop (think "It's Alright") or more experimental (see Ain't no Magic) touching reggae as well as in the single "Keep your Love".

This is a good album featuring Miller Anderson (Keef Hartley Band), Stan Webb (Chicken Shack), and Robbie Blunt, formerly of Silverhead, who later turned up during the early 80's playing with Robert Plant.
