Dr. Percy L. Julian High School (formerly Robert E. Lee High School) is a public secondary school in Montgomery, Alabama, United States, serving grades 9–12. The school is part of the Montgomery Public Schools system.
Dr. Percy L. Julian, scientist, was born in Montgomery, Alabama on April 11, 1899 and died in Waukegan, Illinois on April 19, 1975. The son of a mail clerk, Dr. Julian held many jobs to help pay his expenses at De Pauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.

Percy Lavon Julian High School (commonly known as Julian High School) is a public 4–year high school located in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the far south side of Chicago, Illinois, United States. Opened in September 1975, Julian is a part of the Chicago Public Schools district.
The grandson of enslaved people, Julian overcame racial barriers to achieve scientific, business, and personal success. A steroid chemist and an entrepreneur, Percy Julian ingeniously figured out how to synthesize important medicinal compounds from abundant plant sources, making them more affordable to mass produce.
