Today the Belarus State Agricultural Academy is the largest multidisciplinary agricultural institute of higher education among the countries of CIS and Europe. Throughout its history BSAA has trained over 80 000 highly qualified specialists for the country’s agro-industrial complex and other sectors of the national economy.
Today, BSAA is rightfully among the leading universities of the Republic of Belarus. Among its partners are the oldest and most authoritative universities in the world, which testifies to the impeccable international reputation of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy.
The Belarusian State Agrarian Academy started its history back in 1840. In 1950-ies the academy started to enroll first international students. Today is has more than 500 international students from 14 countries of the world.
Today the Belarusian State of the Orders of the October Revolution and the Order of the Labour Red Banner Agricultural Academy is the largest multidisciplinary agricultural institute of higher education among the countries of CIS and Europe.
The institute expanded over the years and transformed to become the Belarusian Agricultural Academy in 1948. Today, it offers undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs in a range of specialties related to food and agriculture.
