Mark Andrew White (born 1 April 1961) is an English singer, songwriter, composer, musician and record producer. Born in Sheffield, England, White first entered the music industry in the late 1970s as lead vocalist and keyboardist of the electronic band Vice Versa.

Mark Wells White Jr. (March 17, 1940 – August 5, 2017) was an American politician and lawyer who served as the 43rd governor of Texas from 1983 to 1987. He also held office as Secretary of State of Texas (1973–1977), and as Texas Attorney General (1979–1983).

Mark White was born in Henderson, Texas in 1940 and served as Texas governor from 1983 to 1987. He was also the state's attorney general from 1979 to 1983 and ran for governor again in 1990.
