Thomas Börje Forsberg, más conocido como Quorthon (Estocolmo, 17 de febrero de 1966 - Ibidem, 3 de junio de 2004), fue un músico sueco. Fue el fundador de la influyente banda sueca, pionera del black metal, Bathory en 1983. También él fue creador del género conocido como viking metal.
Thomas Börje Forsberg (17 February 1966 – 3 June 2004), better known by the stage name Quorthon, was a Swedish musician. He was one of the founders, as well as the sole songwriter, of the band Bathory, which pioneered the black metal genre and is credited with creating the Viking metal style.

Biography. The multi-instrumentalist, founder and songwriter of the pioneering Swedish black metal band Bathory. He is also credited with creating the viking metal genre. He's responsible for the music and lyrics on all of Bathory's albums. Quorthon formed Bathory in 1983 when he was seventeen years old.
