He was later replaced by Matt "Matty J" Janaitis. In September the band released the single "Afterworld", which was the first song by the band to feature vocals by Ginsburg. The song was written for the third Jackass film, Jackass 3D, and was included in its closing credits upon release in October.

Ginsburg, along with Margera and bassist Matt "Matty J" Janaitis, later returned as CKY in 2012 with Year Long Disaster frontman Daniel Davies in place of Miller. This lineup (with Matt Deis in place of Janaitis) later reunited in 2015, following another split with Miller.

Prior to the album's release, the Luera brothers suddenly left the group just before a live show. They were replaced by Matty Janaitis (formerly of CKY) on bass and Tuomas Vuorio on drums.
