It was recorded at Marble Valley of Lexington, Virginia and Lake Fever Productions of Nashville, Tennessee. Silver Jews records are known for featuring different casts of musicians.

Published. beejmoranis Oct 28 2022. Stephen Malkmus was not the only target of DCB’s competitiveness. Bill Callahan also claimed that DCB viewed him as a rival of sorts. These guys represent both sides of the MFA-writing coin – Callahan’s terse realism vs. DCB’s postmodernish whimsy.
100. Lookout Sea paradoxically Silver Jews' most complex and most accessible work to date. Better yet, it improves with each listen, as more and more nuances and links are revealed. Full Review. 12y.
