Hölderlin, deutscher Dichter der Romantik und Weimarer Klassik, wird Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts in eine Nervenheilanstalt überwiesen und stirbt 1843 in Tübingen. Bis dahin hat er zahlreiche Gedichte verfasst.
