Frances Cromwell, Lady Russell (c. 6 December 1638 – 27 January 1720) was the ninth child and youngest daughter of Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector of the Commonwealth of England, Scotland and Ireland, and his wife, Elizabeth Cromwell.

The couple lived at Chippenham and during the 1660s had five children before the marriage was ended by Sir John’s death in 1670. Frances, now styled ‘Lady Russell’, never remarried and remained a widow for fifty years.
Frances Russell (née Cromwell; 1638 – 1720) was the ninth and youngest daughter of Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector of the Commonwealth of England, Scotland and Ireland, and his wife, Elizabeth Cromwell. She was baptized at St. Mary's Church in Ely on 6 December 1638.
Frances Cromwell was born circa 1638 to Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector of England (1599-1658) and Elizabeth Bourchier (c1597-c1665) and died 27 January 1720 of unspecified causes. She married Robert Rich (1634-1658) 11 November 1657 in Whitehall, Greater London, England. She married John Russell, 3rd Baronet of Chippenham (c1632-1669) 7 May 1663 .
