Maurice Pialat (Cunlhat, Auvernia, 31 de agosto de 1925 – París, 11 de enero de 2003) [1] fue un director, guionista y actor francés. Trayectoria [ editar ] El padre de Maurice Pialat era un comerciante de madera, vino y carbón, que al arruinarse trasladó a su familia del Cunlhat natal a Courbevoie.
Maurice Pialat (French:; 31 August 1925 – 11 January 2003) was a French film director, screenwriter and actor known for the rigorous and unsentimental style of his films. His work is often described as " realist ", [1] though many film critics [1] [2] acknowledge it does not fit the traditional definition of realism.
Maurice Pialat (1925-2003) was a French film director known for his naturalist style and autobiographical elements. He made 10 feature films, including "To Our Loves", "Under the Sun of Satan" and "Van Gogh", and won the Palme d'Or in 1987.

Après avoir d'abord voulu être peintre , Maurice Pialat réalise au cours des années 1950 et 1960 des courts métrages amateurs puis professionnels.
