The Haskayne School of Business is the University of Calgary's business school, located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is named after Richard F. Haskayne, who gave one of the largest endowments to a business school in Canada. The school offers undergraduate, masters, and PhD degrees, as well as executive education programs.
The vision of the Haskayne School of Business is to be an internationally recognized centre of excellence for business education, research, and community outreach, with a special emphasis on the distinct elements that define Calgary and Alberta: energy, entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership.
Twenty years ago, the Haskayne School of Business recognized the urgent need for a profound shift in leadership. In response, the school launched the Haskyane Wilderness Retreat course, which later became a marquee course of the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership in Business and led to the creation of a portfolio of programs known as the Haskayne Adventure Leadership .
