Gregg Bissonette (born June 9, 1959 [citation needed]) is an American jazz and rock drummer and vocalist. He is the brother of bassist Matt Bissonette, with whom he frequently collaborates. He has played on albums by dozens of recording artists, including David Lee Roth's first three solo albums.

During 1998 to 2000 Greg worked on Duran Duran's Pop Trash album. Bissonette was the drummer for Steve Vai and played on multi-platinum releases from David Lee Roth, including the albums Skyscraper and Eat 'Em and Smile.
