Guitarist Danny Parks joined the Opry Band in 2022. He moved to Nashville in 1982 and played his first Opry spot with the legendary Jean Shepard later that same year. The Doctor Blake Mysteries (also The Blake Mysteries) is an Australian television series that premiered on ABC TV on 1 February 2013 at 8:30 pm. The series stars Craig McLachlan in the lead role of Dr. Lucien Blake, who returns home to Ballarat, northwest of Melbourne, in the late 1950s to take over his late father's general medical practice and role as police surgeon after an absence of 30 years.
Constable Danny Parks is Jean's nephew. It has never been mentioned if he is her brother or a sister's son. It's a bit of a mystery. He rides his bike everywhere, even in uniform and never drives the Stations Police Car. At the end of Season 1 (which we don't see), he gets a transfer to Melbourne as Charlie has been sent to Ballarat to replace him.
