Scott "Top Ten" Kempner (February 6, 1954 – November 29, 2023) was an American rock musician who was the rhythm guitarist of The Dictators. He was also a founding member of The Del-Lords and later a member of The Brandos.

Según fuentes familiares ha fallecido en paz este pasado miércoles, en el asilo que se encontraba en Connecticut desde hacía años, aquejado de una enfermedad diagnosticada hace años.
20 de ago. de 2016 · Although he first came to wider attention as a member of Joan Jett’s Blackhearts, Ambel later went on to achieve what’s probably his best known gig, as part of The Del-Lords, the roots band with former Dictator Scott Kempner.
In 1996, Ambel co-founded the Yayhoos with ex-Georgia Satellites frontman Dan Baird, Satellites/Shaver/Roscoe's Gang bassist Keith Christopher and noted drummer/tunesmith Terry Anderson, who released their long-brewing debut album Fear Not the Obvious on Bloodshot Records in 2001.
