Volume III Just Right is the third album by the English music collective Soul II Soul, released in 1992 through Ten and Virgin Records. Its first single was "Joy". The album peaked at No. 3 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 88 on the Billboard 200. "Mood" was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best R&B Instrumental Performance.

She also recorded her lead vocals on a song entitled "Take Me Higher", which was featured on Soul II Soul's album Volume III Just Right. In October 1992, the album's lead single "I Adore You" was released with moderate success.
The two biggest hits off Soul II Soul's debut Club Classics Vol. One (1989), "Keep On Movin'" and "Back to Life (However Do You Want Me)," both powered by the silken voice of Caron Wheeler, turned the group into chart-topping stars at home and abroad.
