For a time Lorraine ‘Lol’ Turvey from The Static’s stood in for the odd UK date and a European tour in early 1981. UK Decay summer 1981 on their return to the UK with ‘Creeton K-os’ (left) now on bass.
As there was a European tour arranged Loraine Turvey stood in on bass. Loraine (‘Lol’) Turvey’s period with UK Decay lasted only a couple of months but in that time the band had played some significant shows in some of Europe’s main capitals and had started to get some real media attention.

The girl's name was Lorraine 'Lol' Turvey, who once played bass for legendary Luton band UK Decay. Nicholas Lyndhurst, as Rodney Trotter, once famously sported a UK Decay T-shirt in an episode of 'Only Fools And Horses'.
