Jay James Picton (born 12 July 1983), known professionally as Jay James, is a Welsh recording artist, songwriter and broadcaster from Saundersfoot in Wales. A former serviceman at 16, he joined the Royal Navy and served for 10 years before leaving the military to pursue a career in music.
