The Columbus Park of Roses is one of the largest public rose gardens in the U.S. with more than 12,000 rose specimens. The garden’s extensive variety of plantings and more than one mile of paved walkways with benches make the Columbus Park of Roses an setting with year-round appeal for visitors.
Schnormeier Gardens are located in the gentle rolling hills of central Ohio. We began building the gardens in 1996. Over the years they have grown to include fifty acres of manicured lawns, ten lakes, a variety of discrete garden areas and several waterfalls.

25 de abr. de 2024 · Located in the rolling hills northeast of Columbus is a stunning property featuring 75 acres manicured lawns, 10 lakes, themed gardens, sculptures, waterfalls, and more, surrounding a spectacular Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home designed by Ted and Ann Schnormeier. And as nice as that sounds, it’s truly beyond expectation.
The Garden is essentially a museum of blooming roses, with hundreds of different varieties in every possible hue. Located in Whetstone Park, which offers playing fields and walking trails, the Gardens are a treasure for everyone living in and visiting Columbus.
