Harrow High School is a co-educational academy in the London Borough of Harrow and a specialist Sports College. It was previously called Gayton High School and Harrow County School for Boys. The school has a sixth form for post-16 studies part of the Harrow Sixth Form Collegiate.
Welcome to Harrow High School’s website. I hope that it will give you an understanding of our unique school environment. The school itself sits on the site of Harrow County School, formed in 1911 as a publicly funded competitor to the prestigious nearby Harrow School.
Our aim in the school and the Sixth Form is simple: Excellence for All. In 2022, Harrow High Sixth Form learners achieved the best exam results ever in the Sixth Form at A-Level, and this is a testament to our staff and students' relentless commitment to our aim.
Harrow School (/ ˈ h ær oʊ /) is a public school (English boarding school for boys) in Harrow on the Hill, Greater London, England. The school was founded in 1572 by John Lyon, a local landowner and farmer, under a royal charter of Queen Elizabeth I.
Harrow High School is in the top 4% nationally for value added at 'A' level and top 3% for BTEC. We are ranked 165th out of 4,273 colleges for 'A' level results - study with the best at HHS.
