Educationist and Padma Shri recipient Rajalakshmi Parthasarathy, popularly known as Mrs YGP, who was the moving force behind the Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (PSBB) group of schools, had a cardiac arrest and passed away at Apollo Hospital in Greams Road on Tuesday.
