Through the nineties, Mixmaster Morris made several albums and EPs as The Irresistible Force for keystone UK labels Ninja Tune and Rising High.They had a lot of the ambient ripple that he was perhaps best known for, but also an extraordinary amount of trip-hoppy, even jazzy groove — and it’s to that he returned in 2017 for his first album in 19 years.
