Martin Glover (born 27 December 1960), better known by his stage name Youth, is a British record producer and musician, best known as a founding member and bassist of the rock band Killing Joke. He is also a member of the Fireman, along with Paul McCartney.

He is able to turn his skills to almost any musical style including folk, rock, dance music and straightforward pop. Born Martin Glover in 1960, he began producing while still with Killing Joke and left the band in 1982 to pursue solo projects, the first of which was the band Brilliant (including contributions from Jimmy Cauty, later of the KLF).
