Crestfallen es un EP de la banda de Death/doom británica Anathema. Fue lanzado en 1992 y grabado en Academy Studios, West Yorkshire entre junio y julio de 1992. Este EP marca la entrada definitiva de Anathema en el Death/doom (siendo co-creadores del género junto con My Dying Bride y Paradise Lost).

La construcción del tema hasta que White se parte en dos es sencillamente demoledora, y apuntar o siquiera intentar sugerir la acongojante emotividad que envuelve y arropa al tema no se antoja sino ridículo.

The Crestfallen is a demo EP by the British doom metal band Anathema . Release. It was the first official release in Anathema's discography. "They Die" was not included on the vinyl version. [3] In 1994, The Futurist Label included all of the tracks as part of the band's first album Serenades.
