Hannah Chaplin (nacida Hannah Harriet Pedlingham Hill; 11 de agosto de 1865 - 28 de agosto de 1928), de nombre artístico Lily Harley, fue una actriz de music hall británica y la madre de Charles Chaplin.
Hannah Chaplin was an English actress, singer and dancer who performed in music halls and became the mother of Charlie Chaplin. She suffered from mental illness and was cared for by her son in California until her death in 1928.
