Guitarist Steve “Kid” Morris and bassist Pat “PK” Kim have left Unwritten Law after Morris got into a fight with vocalist Scott Russo during their tour supporting the most recent album, “Swan.”. Read the members’ statements below:

Unwritten Law have gone under a major line-up change after a fight occurred between band members led to Guitarist Steve “Kid” Morris and bassist Pat “PK” Kim leaving the band. The incident involved Morris and singer Scott Russo. In an interview with examiner.com on July 26 Scott Russo said:
Pat "PK" Kim, formerly of Sprung Monkey, joined as their new permanent bass player and the band embarked on the Vans Warped Tour, which took them across North America, Europe, and Australia.
Following the recording sessions, Pat "PK" Kim of Sprung Monkey joined Unwritten Law as their new permanent bass player. The album includes guest appearances by Brandon Boyd and Mike Einziger of Incubus on the hidden track "418". An outtake from these sessions, "Take Me Away" later appeared as a b-side on the Seein' Red single.
