Manuel Casimiro (born November 21, 1941) is a Portuguese painter, sculptor, designer and film director. He was born in Porto, Portugal, where he is currently living.

It should also be noted that the director Manoel de Oliveira in his 1983 film: "Nice - À propos de Jean Vigo" had recorded some moments of Manuel Casimiro's artistic work carried out in Nice between the 70s and 80s, having rescued some of those moments for this documentary.
