Yvette "Corvette" Marine. The Mary Jane Girls were an American girl group formed in 1983, best known for their songs "In My House", "All Night Long", "Candy Man", and their cover version of "Walk Like a Man". They were protégées of musician Rick James and disbanded in 1987.

In 1985, Ann "Cheri" Bailey was replaced by Yvette "Corvette" Marine. Yvette Marine would later filed a lawsuit against Paula Abdul claiming it was her vocals and not Paula's on the multi-plaitium CD "forever your girl.

The group's primary lineup consisted of Joanne 'JoJo' McDuffy, Kimberly 'Maxi' Wuletich, Candice 'Candi' Ghant, and Cheryl 'Cheri Wells' Bailey. Bailey eventually left the group and was replaced by Yvette 'Corvette' Marine, who stayed on until the group's dissolution in 1987.
