Word of advice: Sit on the closest bench to her location and DON'T sit on any benches on your way to the Queen's Gardens. That way, if you break the flower, you can quit the game and spawn at that bench so that you don't have to walk the WHOLE way back to her. #2.
If you take damage and destroy the flower, continue along the route until you reach the entrance to the grave site, then teleport back to the Grey Mourner's hut to try again (or teleport immediately).
