Christopher Hogg. Sir Christopher Anthony Hogg FCSD FCGI (2 August 1936 – 7 December 2021) was a British business executive. [1] Early life and education. Hogg was born in Surrey, son of Anthony Wentworth Hogg and wife Monica Gladwell. He was educated at Marlborough College and Trinity College, Oxford.

18 de dic. de 2021 · Sir Christopher Hogg, who died aged 85, was chairman of Reuters during a period of spectacular growth and turmoil in the financial information industry. He also served as chairman of Courtaulds and faced competition from Murdoch and Maxwell on the board.
Chris was an exceptional man who took full advantage of the opportunity that his Harkness Fellowship gave him to study business at the Harvard Business School and to return to the UK to successfully apply that knowledge in a whole range of large British companies starting with Courtaulds.
