Vernā Myers is a diversity consultant and self-described "recovering lawyer" with a degree from Harvard Law. She leads the Vernā Myers Consulting Group, an organization that has helped break down barriers of race, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation in thousand-member workplaces.
