8 de oct. de 2017 · When it boots and asks me to type my user password, I try typing but the letters won't work. The numbers work fine, as do the system keys (ctrl, enter, space, shift etc..) but I can't type letters. My mouse works perfectly. Sometimes after a few reboots, it does let me type again but then stops working on the next reboot.
11 de sept. de 2021 · If not, do the procedure below: 1. Press the Windows + Q keys, type and click on Notepad; 2. Paste the values below into the notebook: 3. Click File> Save, name it Keyboard.reg and click OK (Save to the desktop); 4. Right-click on Keyboard.reg and select Merge;
3. Then click Action > Scan for hardware changes. 4. Close Device Manager and reboot. Also, go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard. Make sure Use Sticky Keys is turned Off. You can also try attaching external keyboard or check the problematic keyboard by plugging it to other devices, if possible.

However as these are letters I need to save each one individually (and not copy and paste them individually to a new doc) and save it as a reference number that's within the document / excel doc. If possible I also need to pdf these individually, however the above point is the most pressing one. Cheers. Ian
