Ozma is the second studio album by the Melvins, released in 1989 through Boner Records. It is the first Melvins album to feature Lori Black on bass guitar and was recorded when the band relocated to San Francisco.

The Begining of The Melvins - 94%. Looking through the length of the songs on this album, one may think that it is a hardcore punk album. Almost all of the songs are under 3 minutes. This album is the furthest you can get from hardcore. Every song on it is slow, brooding, and full of Melvins magic.
