Afterparty Babies is the second album by Canadian rapper Cadence Weapon, released on March 4, 2008, by Anti-Records and Upper Class Recordings in the United States and Canada and March 10, 2008, by Big Dada in the United Kingdom.
The culmination of my burgeoning obsession with electronic music and culture was my sophomore album, Afterparty Babies. My dad used to joke with people at parties about his kids being accidents, saying something along the lines of “Oh yeah, they were definitely after-party babies!”
Following on from his critically-acclamed debut 'Breaking Kayfabe', Cadence Weapon aka Rollie Pemberton returns with the epic 'Afterparty Babies'. Dedicated to "all the accidents out there," the record is a testament to Rollie Pemberton’s first influence, his father, Teddy Pemberton.
